Who we are
Loft is a podcast and content production studio in Dubai Media City, a sub-brand of Volery. This policy explains what information we collect through loft-studios.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you book a session, our scheduling partner Cal.com collects the details you provide — name, email, and session preferences. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Cal.com's own page; we never see or store your card details. If analytics are enabled on this site (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Pixel), we may also collect anonymised, aggregated data about how visitors use the site.
How we use it
We use booking information to confirm and manage your session and to communicate with you about it. Analytics data, where enabled, helps us understand site usage and improve it — it is not used to identify individual visitors.
Third parties
We share information with the services that make booking possible: Cal.com (scheduling) and Stripe (payment processing). If enabled, Google, Meta, and TikTok may process anonymised analytics data under their own privacy policies.

To access, correct, or request deletion of your information, email info@loft-studios.com.

Acceptance of terms
By booking a session at Loft, a podcast and content production studio in Dubai Media City (a sub-brand of Volery), you agree to these terms.
Booking & payment
Sessions are booked through Cal.com and paid securely by card via Stripe; prices shown exclude VAT. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations & rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible at info@loft-studios.com. Specific cancellation and refund windows will be confirmed with your booking.
Using the studio
Please treat the space and equipment with care and follow crew instructions during your session. You're responsible for the legality of content you produce or broadcast at Loft.
Your content
Recordings and content produced during your session belong to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
Loft provides the studio, equipment, and crew support described in your package. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the session booked.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
